• Account Information: Email address and password when you register
• Usage Data: API calls, processing statistics, and feature usage
• Images: Images you submit for processing (temporarily stored)
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our image processing services
• To track usage for billing and quota management
• To improve our services and develop new features
• To communicate with you about your account
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Image Data

We do not store your images permanently. Images uploaded for processing are:

• Processed immediately upon receipt
• Stored temporarily (maximum 7 days) for download of processed results
• Original upload temp files are kept for up to 1 day during processing
• Automatically deleted after the retention period by scheduled cleanup
• Never used for training AI models or shared with third parties

4. Third-Party Integrations

If you connect a Salla or Shopify store, we may process product images from that store and push the processed results back to your store. For these integrations:

• We store only the product image URLs and metadata needed to identify and update the correct images
• We do not store product catalog data, prices, or inventory information
• You may disconnect an integration at any time from your dashboard
• We act only on your behalf and under the permissions you grant the integration

5. Data Retention

We retain different categories of data as follows:

• Processed images: up to 7 days
• Upload temp files: up to 1 day
• Processing job records: up to 30 days after completion/failure
• Usage logs: up to 90 days for analytics and billing
• Account data: until you delete your account
• Security logs: as long as needed for abuse prevention and legal compliance

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted storage for sensitive data
• API key authentication with secret hashing
• Regular security audits and monitoring

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or disclose data only:

• Service providers: with hosting/infrastructure providers, email delivery services, and payment processors (where applicable) who help us operate the Service
• Connected platforms: with Salla, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms you choose to integrate, limited to the product image URLs and updates needed to provide the integration
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, under confidentiality obligations
